We want everyone to enjoy themselves at all of our Wild Festivals, so we have have to have a few rules in place.

THE POSSESSION OF A WILD FESTIVALS MUSIC FESTIVAL TICKET SHALL CONSTITUTE AN ACCEPTANCE BY THE HOLDER OF THE TERMS, CONDITIONS AND ADVICE DETAILED BELOW AND IMPLIES AN UNDERTAKING ON THE PART OF THE HOLDER TO ACCEPT THEM.
1) All conditions of the sale of your ticket are to be read together with all other statements and or directives either shown on the ticket or displayed at the festival site. Check www.wildfestivals.co.uk for updated information.
2) In the event of a breach of this contract by Wild Festivals Group Limited, Wild Festivals Group Limited shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising out of the breach, which was not reasonably foreseeable by Wild Festivals Group Limited at the date of this contract.
3) Wild Festivals Group Limited reserves the right to refuse admission to the ticket holder if in the reasonable opinion of Wild Festivals Group Limited admission of the holder to the festival site might be a risk to the safety of the audience and/or the holder and/or affect the enjoyment of the audience and/or the running of the festival, for example, if the holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively.
Strictly no illegal substances will be permitted into the festival site, persons entering the festival site may be searched as a condition of the festival licence.
4) Camping is allowed at the festival site in the designated camping areas only. Any tents pitched or caravans,camper vans and motorhomes parked outside the designated areas will be asked to move.
5) Observe the etiquette of whichever camping area you are staying in
"Late Risers Zone" (No dogs or children under 10, quiet between 10pm & 11am)
"Family Camping Zone" (Dogs and children welcome, please try to keep the noise down between 9pm & 9am)
"General Camping Zone" (All are welcome, no noise regs just be respectful of your neighbours please and no amplified music or drums after 11pm, acoustic only).
"Party Camping Zone" (Noise is to be expected at any time here - no amplified music or drums after 11pm, acoustic only).
6) All vehicles including, caravans, trailer tents, awnings and tents have to be spaced a reasonable distance apart at all times to allow fire access throughout the festival and camping site.
7) Ticket holders must exchange their proof of purchase for a wristband on arrival and this must be worn at all times for the duration of the event.
8) You are permitted to take alcohol and food into the main festival area, please however ensure you dispose of your rubbish properly.
9) No private sound systems will be permitted in the entertainment zone, but are allowed in to the camping zones to be played at a reasonable level and to be turned off in relation to camping zone regulations.
10) Please use bin bags to dispose of rubbish in the rubbish collection area. Do not dispose of hot coals in these areas until they have been fully extinguished.
11) There is no separate ticket for disabled patrons or carer tickets available.
12) Dogs must be kept on leads, cleaned up after, under control and supervision at all times while on the festival site. They can be taken off site, for walks off of the lead, but you will need a wristband on for re-entry.
13) Children under 18 years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult of age 18 or older at all times.
14) If you look under 25 please do not be offended if, for security reasons you are asked for proof of age when consuming alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.
15) Children aged 5 and under will be admitted without a ticket if accompanied by an adult and do not require a ticket.
16) Strictly no trading is allowed inside the festival site without written permission from Wild Festivals Group Limited.
17) No laser pens or fireworks will be permitted in the festival site.
18) Whilst every effort is made to ensure the full, advertised bill performs, the ticket is for an event and not a specific artist/band. Wild Festivals Group Limited reserves the right to change the bill or running time, without prior notice.
19) In the event of cancellation of the festival by Wild Festivals Group Ltd, their responsibility for refund is limited to the face value of the ticket only and will be minus the fees that are kept by the payment facilitator (PayPal keep fees).
20) Under no circumstances will duplicate wristbands be issued if lost or damaged. Keep your wristband safe.
21) Ticket and wristband holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes.
22) Festival tickets and wristbands remain the property of Wild Festivals Group Limited until payment is received in full.
23) Resale of tickets and wristbands is prohibited without the express permission of Wild Festivals Group Limited.
24) Wild Festivals Group Limited tickets are not refundable, resaleable or transferable.
25) Wild Festivals Group Limited tickets may not be used for competitions or promotions without written permission from Wild Festivals Group Limited.
26) Please note there are restricted capacities within all tented structures, once they reach their maximum capacities there will be no further admissions.
27) It is against the law to smoke in enclosed spaces and in our marquee, please observe the signage around the Festival site.
28) Wild Festivals Group Limited is an outdoor event. Wild Festivals Group Limited advises you to bring appropriate clothing and footwear to protect against potential inclement weather.
29) Wild Festivals Group Limited reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the festival site.
29) Wild Festivals Group Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this ticket in accordance with any new laws, legislation or internal policies.
30) Portable toilets are not to be used to dispose of toilet cassette units, please dispose of your toilet waste in the designated areas.
31) We don’t knowingly allow anyone to visit or come to our festivals or gatherings, that are convicted child sex offenders or subject to the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, or subject to a Sexual Risk Order or Child Abduction Notice.
32) No disposable BBQ's on the site at all please, they damage grass and are skip fire hazards.
33) Solid fuel BBQ's and or firepits are to be raised off of the ground and fire retardent blanket underneath please (We leave no trace). For fire safety reasons, please also ensure that they are never left unattended, at any time.
34) Pets are to be kept on short leads and under control at all times whilst on site, if your pet is known to be aggressive to other pets or humans, please do not bring them to the event.
35) If your Dog has an unknown temperament, for example a recent rescue, please ensure you have a muzzle on it at all times, purely for the safety of others.
36) Persistent dog barking is not acceptable in any camping zone or entertainment area, it's not fair on others. So please do not bring your dog if you know it will cause a noise issue for your fellow campers, you will be asked to remove it from site.
37) Pets are not to be left alone, outside of your accomodation at any time. If you are leaving them alone inside your accommodation, please ensure it is well ventilated and they have access to food and water at all times.
WARNING: IT IS POSSIBLE THAT EXPOSURE TO LOUD MUSIC MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO HEARING. PLEASE CONSIDER BRINGING EAR DEFENDERS FOR YOUNG CHILDREN IN THE ENTERTAINMENT AREA.
